Greiefenseelauf: 1hr 43mins 21se

First time for all of us at Greifenseelauf. Jasmine and Ruby entered the mother and daugther 1.2km and Jessica did her first solo race 1.2km in 5mins 15secs.

The weather was not great. Cool and and pretty wet. Not too bad for Jasmine and Ruby’s race but tipped it down for Jess (good character building stuff!).

For my race in the afternoon, it rained off and on but tipped it down at the end. This was a case of being disciplined and sticking to a steady pace of 8 min miles. Glad I did as there was a nasty little hill right at the end!

So proud of the girls and they loved their free t shirts.
