Griefenseelauf: 1hr 42mins 17secs

This was a scorcher. So much so I had to buy an overpriced baseball cap before the start.

Was still felling a bit jaded from the GNR and my hip was not doing great either so plenty of Nurofen gel applied before the start.

Matt T and I both paced for Amanda who wanted to do a sub 1:45. It was hard work though, the nasty uphill finish combined with the heat made for an interesting finish but we all crossed the line together.
