Always a special race this one and although I was not in great shape due to some back problems I was determined to turn up and run it.
Weather was great this year, pretty warm by Newcastle standards. I am not sure know how many times I have done it but its a special race for me - the first one we did for my Dad, where I ran my half PB and of course the Red Arrows.
Ran this one like a tourist, but safely round and there is always next year.
